I am just learning to use the new phone. But, I am starting to love it as much as the iPhone it replaced.

You sent me a phone that wasn’t a promo and had to send it back. Not only that you charged me for it and I spent at least three hours of my day trying to get it cleared up and my payment went from 129 a month to 188 so I have to deal with that crap.

I never received the product and had unauthorized lines added to my account for my trouble. AT&T has the worst customer service ever, and I had to remove my cell phones from AT&T because my wife's phone who is waiting for a call from the transplant team was cut off with no explanation 2 days in a row. our phones is our lifeline and AT&T didn't take us seriously. I was also supposed to receive a Ultra 3 apple watch as a promotion also not received.

Received the phone and then ATT blacklisted after a week. STILL cannot get anyone to help.
