De Garmin Forerunner 165 Music Turquoise is een GPS-hardloophorloge met een ronde kast van 43 mm en een gewicht van 39 gram. Het horloge heeft een 1,2 inch AMOLED kleurenscherm met een resolutie van 390 x 390 pixels. De accu biedt tot 11 dagen gebruik in smartwatchmodus en tot 19 uur in GPS-modus. Met 4 GB interne opslag is er ruimte voor ongeveer 500 muzieknummers. De waterdichtheid van 5 ATM maakt gebruik in zwembad en regen mogelijk.

The Forerunner 165 Music is a very user-friendly watch, with an intuitive layout and functions. One thing that reviews don’t seem to mention, however, is that it’s not actually that easy to load music onto the watch from an online platform. I suspect the watch’s internal Wi-Fi antenna is simply rather weak. You need to be right next to your home router to copy a playlist onto the watch. That’s something worth keeping in mind.
