De Sony Bravia Theatre Bar 9 biedt een indrukwekkende geluidskwaliteit met veel helderheid, detail en een ruimtelijke surround-ervaring dankzij 13 ingebouwde speakers en Dolby Atmos. Het ontwerp is stijlvol en past goed in moderne woonkamers. De soundbar ondersteunt veel streamingdiensten en is eenvoudig te bedienen via een app. Nadelen zijn dat er geen subwoofer of achterspeakers standaard bij zitten, waardoor de bas en surround minder vol kunnen zijn. Het geluid is soms wat klinisch en diepe bastonen kunnen opvallen. Ook zijn er relatief weinig HDMI-poorten en ontbreekt een display. Over het algemeen is dit een uitstekende soundbar voor wie vooral waarde hecht aan helderheid, detail en moderne functies.

So far so excellent. Pairs perfectly with the new Sony Bravia 8 II which itself has a good sound system. As an avid movie watcher the Theatre Bar 9 is extraordinary. Watched Dune as the first movie - lights out - OMG. In the Cinema experience.

Fantastic soundbar, the 360 spatial technology works very well, especially with Atmos. I’ve paired it with a Bravia 9, very easy config/setup, the s center is a nice feature. The TV stand in high mode and the bar are perfectly matched from an aesthetic perspective.
