De Philips Azur 8000 Series DST8020/20 wordt gewaardeerd om zijn automatische temperatuurinstelling, waardoor je veilig alle stoffen kunt strijken zonder risico op verbranden. The worst iron ever, don’t buy for cotton and linen it does not get hot enough. Can’t get the crinkles out of linen I think the good reviews must be for synthetic fabrics. I am so disappointed with this purchase - I bought this one after my 20 year old much loved Phillips iron died and I can’t use it. I have today I replaced it with a $29 Kmart one that does a much better job than this one for basically no $$.

My wife was initially unhappy with my purchase of this 8000 series iron because of its lack of manual control. But having used it to do the weekly ironing, she is now delighted with its performance, especially when going from one material type to another.
