In general, the keyboard is very nice, but I am having a problem that is very irritating. Some of the buttons occasionally stick down. When this happens, it makes a whole bunch of that letter until I pry it back up. I have notified the seller, but have received no response, which is disappointing. Thank you. Please understand, I already contacted either you or FedEx about never receiving the item. I showed my pictures near my house which clearly did NOT show the stucco post that was in their photo. They then claimed that the return was closed. Because the price of the item was 10.76, I never did anything further. I had already sent 4 photos. It was taking too much of my time. I will NEVER buy from you again!

Overall, I’m very satisfied with this HP wireless keyboard. The build quality feels solid, the keys are comfortable and responsive, and typing for long periods is easy on the hands. The wireless connection is stable with no noticeable lag, and battery life has been excellent so far. I also appreciate the clean, minimalist design, which fits well in both home and office setups. Setup was straightforward and worked instantly with my HP laptop and desktop.

I would appreciate a refund on this cheaply made item. Sixteen of the keys do not work when pressed. There is a rattling sound inside the keyboard.

This one came with letter P not working out of the box (at least, did not test further). Disappointing, since I have been usually very happy with HP products, over many years.
