The only problem, which is a bit annoying for me, is that the screen lighting on each handset is constantly on and despite digging around in the settings I haven't found a way to deactivate it so that the screen isn't permanently over-lit. I don't think this will be good for battery life. I bought this model because I already had almost the same one, but the handsets gradually broke down after several years of use. On these old handsets I could set the backlight so that when they were not in use, the screen went into standby mode. It's a shame because otherwise everything's OK.
