I intend to keep the phones as I can hear them ring loud and clear but the volume is much too low .for me to converse . I wear hearing aids I have no problem hearing on my single BT landline phone nor on my Samsung mobile phone

Purchased on behalf of my parents, so needed it to be simple to set up and use. They seem very happy with it and didn't ask for help once in setting it up! The call quality also seems to be significantly better. The lack of features might put some people off but as a basic phone you really can't go wrong, especially at this price!
