Great phone, good sound. Works well with POE in a medium sized board room. Setup can be a bit of a pain. Comes with a VERY outdated firmware on it that will need to be updated numerous times to latest version.

Firstly I had to buy a separate power lead and then found out that this phone was incompatible with the telephone system in my building. I am sure it is a great phone for some but was not suitable for my purposes. It has been returned.

Great conference phone for SMB. Our conference room is about 20x15 and the mic is excellent no matter where you are in the room.

Haven't tried the phone yet - but have now been set back a couple more days as it comes with no power supply and no explanation as to how to connect it to power. I had to figure this out by calling one of our other offices who uses the phone. It's completely unexpected to find that with a product that is sold internationally and really confusing when you open the box and then have to figure out that there is nothing provided in the box to connect the phone to power.
