This is a brilliant telephone for someone hard of hearing. Volume of caller can be easily increased, and sound/voice is clear. Phone easy to use with big buttons and presets. Delivered speedily and courier was very pleasant. World highly recommend.

We had tried other phones for our 90 year old Uncle with no joy but the photograph buttons worked a treat and he got it immediately.

Having been moved by BT to Digital Voice I found that the incoming call ringer on my old phones did not work. I therefore went for the 1110 with its advertised loud ringer. I was not disappointed, and the ring can be heard all over the house. The other features are also very good.

The phone was straightforward to set up and my father has found it simple to use and can now hear phone calls

This phone is a life saver so much better than my previous phone very much louder and clearer.
