De Jura ENA 4 is een volledig automatische espressomachine die zich richt op eenvoud en kwaliteit. Het maakt dagelijks uitstekende espresso en zwarte koffie met minimale inspanning. Ideaal voor gebruikers die alleen zwarte koffie willen. Niet geschikt voor wie melkdranken wil maken. Dagelijks onderhoud van druppelbak en grounds container is nodig.

De machine heeft 1 groot, onoverkomelijk, probleem: raakt verstopt door de te kleine zetgroep, die je niet zelf kunt reinigen. Verkoper zegt: minder vette bonen gebruiken, maar dat is flauwekul. De machine is simpel weg niet berekend op zijn taak. Minimaal 6-8 jaar lang probleemloos lekkere koffie zetten, dat mag je toch van een Jura verwachten? Tenzij je elke 2-3 maanden met de machine naar het aankoopadres wilt gaan om te laten reinigen, zou ik dit apparaat laten staan.

I had a problem with the water tank , couldn't pull out, the water tank is stuck. I check on internet it's not common, its just incident. Harts of Stur asked me to send it back , I did it , waiting for money . Still want to buy Jura coffe machine by Harts of Stur, but different model .

Simple, no frills, like frothy milk, just straight black coffee from beans (variable volume and strength) or pre-ground (variable volume but advised fixed amount/strength). Simple controls and easily refillable, side-located water reservoir. Clear warnings when used-coffee bin requires emptying. Still new to me, so I cannot yet comment on reliability; I’m sure it will be up to Jura’s standard, proved by my first Ena 5, which lasted 15 years hard use.
