With many rival models to choose from the Xiaomi Mi Smart Air Fryer will have to do a lot to grab your attention. It’s affordable for sure and the design, in white, might tickle your fancy. There’s a 3.5 litre basket capacity and simple to use controls via a single dial on the front of the machine. Alternatively, call on the supporting app, which boasts some handy recipes as part of the appeal. However, controlling appliances is a good thing in some cases, but for keeping tabs on an air fryer and how it’s cooking your chips the appeal seems limited. Perhaps the biggest drawback with this air fryer though is its inability to get really hot, which frequently results in chips that are less crunchy than expected. Practice, plus time, might allow you to take on and beat that downside though.

First airfryer ever - i was a bit scared to use it but from the very first use it felt natural. A few weeks later, I can't imagine making a steak any other way.

Great product, the closing of the door doesn’t bother me as it clicks and I am satisfied with the closure. However I do feel like it’s not big enough for 3 people.

I just want to express that it's been nearly three years since I bought my own and it has exceeded my expectations. When I moved into an apartment without an oven, I relied heavily on the air fryer, using it almost daily. I've been careful to only use wooden spoons to avoid damaging its surface, and while it shows signs of use, it continues to perform admirably. The outer casing still appears pristine, just like it did when I first got it. Thank you. I also bought one for my mom, who doesn't use it frequently, but she adores it.

An absolutely brilliant fryer. It's simple and elegant interface and ease of use is so good. It cooks amazingly well. Everything we have done turns out perfect. It's easy to use and simple to clean and even the bowl etc can go straight in the dishwasher. I heartily recommend it, especially for the price.
