Worse monitor I have ever bought in my life. Within 4 days of use I can hear only voice no display no picture. Now I am without monitor, contacted samsung and dropped off their centre. Too slow after sales service.

The resident evil requiem promotion is a SCAM! They will never send you the code. They will make excuses and ask you to contact another department and that other department will create a ticket and close the ticket out. Scummy behavior all around!! Really disappointed!

This will be my last purchase through Samsung ever! I purchased the monitor February 26 for the resident evil Requiem game code it is April 6th and I still have no code after repeated emails and calls stating that I will receive it over and over again until I finally got an email today stating I was not eligible for the code I spent over an hour over the phone as to understand why but they couldn't even come up with the reason as to why I wasn't eligible so at this point I will have to dispute this with the banks but believe me Samsung when I say it will be my last product it will be

Do not buy these! They will interrupt your computing with pop ups for screen calibration that you cannot stop. Support admits the problem and it will drive you nuts as it happens frequently. A good monitor but it takes over you life with nuisance pop ups that take several minutes where the screen goes dark which leaves you in the dark. If you don't have the remote real handy you will lose!
