Be aware you may have to contact your ISP or adjust your router settings to broadcast a separate 2.4 GHz SSID. I wasn't happy to do this so I connected directly to my computer HP agent talked me through allot of options and we finally resolved HP team I have found have always been very helpful and supportive

waisted days trying to set up this printer. Spent 1 ½ hrs with HP tech, finally she said return it an get a different one. Xfinity sent out a tech, after 2 hrs., he said he couldn't help me.
